As I mentioned in 2009: A Delicious Year in Review, big things were about to come. And today I'm happy and proud to unveil The Avid Appetite, my new blog.

I hope that you've enjoyed reading about my tales of foodie adventures and if so, I think you'll really be down with the new site. More recipes, more restaurants, and more food will rule at The Avid Appetite, so if you're hungry bring your appetite on over. 

And yes, that means that Between JC & Manhattan will be no more. You can still log on for archival material, but no new articles will be posted moving forward. It's been a fun and fabulous run and I'd like to take a moment for this little ol' blog and how it changed my life over the course of the last year (and of course, all of you for giving me a reason to keep on truckin'). 

Ok, moving on...all of the articles from here have been moved over with me to The Avid Appetite (check out The Pantry in the side bar for archives by month) so you can simply access the whole sh'bang over on the other side. What are you waiting for? Dig in!
